As we mark the first anniversary of the public launch of ChatGPT, we at TrueVoice reflect on a year of groundbreaking exploration and integration of this transformative technology. Building on our long-standing experience in leveraging traditional AI, our journey has been driven by a commitment to unlocking the full potential of generative AI for our clients, particularly in the highly regulated industries we serve. This endeavor represents a natural progression of our expertise, as we continue to evolve and adapt to the latest advancements in AI technology.
Understanding the imperative for a secure and compliant environment, we adopted Gartner's Generative AI framework as the foundation for developing our proprietary generative AI tool. This framework has been instrumental in guiding our efforts to create a custom solution that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our clients.
Our North Star in this endeavor has been clear from the outset:
- Target Content Creation Approach (Desired Content Type): We are dedicated to crafting a custom model created for unique use cases. This means going beyond generic AI outputs to develop tailored solutions that address the specific challenges and opportunities within each client's industry.
- Level of Business Oversight and Security (Enterprise Control Level): Our focus is on a large language model (LLM) with privacy, policies, data, and added model layers. This approach ensures that our tool not only adheres to the stringent requirements of privacy and data protection but also aligns with the specific policy frameworks of each client.
- Specific AI Solution Customization (Solution Needed): We've targeted a modified LLM with transfer learning/added layers to adjust model output. By leveraging transfer learning, we refine our models to adapt and learn from new data, ensuring that the AI output is continuously improving and remaining relevant to the evolving business landscape.
- Essential and Suggested Tech Tools (Required/Recommended Technologies): Recognizing the internal application of our tool in client service, we have opted to construct a cloud instance equipped with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, custom policies, and an indexed database. This infrastructure underpins scalability and flexibility, enabling us to deliver a cloud-based service that is dynamic and secure. It provides an interface with our clients’ data that is not only intuitive but also yields insightful analytics.
The implementation of cloud instances with customizable APIs, sophisticated prompt engineering, and robust policy frameworks ensures that our tool remains at the cutting edge of technological excellence. Coupled with an indexed database, it allows for seamless interaction with vast datasets, enabling nuanced marketing strategies that are informed by deep learning and comprehensive data analysis.
